 Job Descriptions

• Plan, execute, coordinate, and monitor the Foundation’s education and socio-economic programmes. This includes end-to-end management of programmes such as promotion, budgeting, beneficiary selection, documentation and data management, fund disbursement, impact measurement, and quality control to ensure effective and efficient operations.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with school counsellors and scholars, particularly regarding scholars' progress and fund disbursement.

• Prepare board papers and presentations; conduct research and surveys; and contribute to the development of new programmes.

• Provide administrative support and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Prior experience working in NGOs or teaching in Malaysian public, independent, or private schools is an added advantage.

• Strong interest in social work, philanthropy, and education-related programmes.

• Experience in managing websites and/or social media platforms would be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous, as the role requires engagement with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Computer literate with proficiency in basic office applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with high work standards and attention to detail.
