About the role What you'll be doing Optimizing warehouse layout, workflow, and inventory management systems to maximise productivity and efficiency Overseeing the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods in a timely and accurate manner Supervising and managing a team of warehouse staff, including delegating tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance Implementing and maintaining safety protocols, quality control measures, and inventory control processes Liaising with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless operations Generating detailed reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and productivity metrics Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness What we're looking for Mandarin Speaker are preferable Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement Proficient in inventory management, material handling, and warehouse operations Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field What we offer Annual Company Trip Generous annual leave and public holiday entitlements Professional development opportunities and training programs Apply now to join the LONGMOTIVE (M) SDN.BHD. team as our next Warehouse Manager!
