Tool Maker

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, repair, and maintain precision molds, dies, and tools used in plastic and rubber molding.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Operate machines such as CNC, EDM, milling, lathe, and grinding machines.

• Conduct mold fitting, polishing, assembly, and testing.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize mold performance.

• Perform troubleshooting, modification, and improvement of existing molds and tooling.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tool Maker or Mold Maker in a manufacturing setting.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.

• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and machine tools.

• Knowledge of plastic injection mold tooling, rubber mold design, and fabrication processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Minimum SPM/Technical Certification/Diploma in Tool & Die/Mold Technology or related field.
