Job Description

This role requires to manage escalations from Company's sales channels and vendors, liaising with internal support teams for solutions and sharing daily reports on TV/Device fulfillments progress to all stake holders

Below are the expected requirements:

  • Customer service skill for at least 1 year / fresh graduates can consider.

  • Good in email writing, communication, ability in following -up until issue resolved and escalations.

  • Qualification - minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year experience in service line.

  • Computer Literacy – Basic Excel, Basic PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Committed to the task / job assigned.
