SITE SUPERVISOR (Retail Fit Out)

The Job 

• Reports in site progress status to Project Manager.
• Assisting Project Manager on site planning.
• Permit holder and carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise site work. 
   

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with client, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities to ensure effective and efficient site progress and to implement and complete projects according to the agreed schedule.
• Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information and identifying improvements.
• Involving in testing, commissioning activities and handling over of the job.
• Monitoring the progress of work and also updating daily to site manager and client.
• Enforce company’s safety procedures and policies at project/construction sites. Ensure that employees and sub-contractor’s workers adhered to the Safety plan and procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent.
• Computer literate and experience using CAD software will be an added advantage.
• Able to perform under stress and challenges.
• Possess own transport and is willing to travel frequently for site surveys & installation within Malaysia on short notice.
• Support production for related documentation.
• Willing to work in night duty due to mall timing.
