YCC Design Sdn Bhd established since 1989, we specializes in designing interior for retails showrooms, consignment counters, design and build projects for various shopping malls in Malaysia. These include Pavilion, Suria KLCC, Mid Valley, The Garden, One Utama, TRX Exchange and many more. Having experienced rapid growth in its clientele over the years, YCC Design Sdn Bhd today is located in a 30,000 sq. ft. office premises completed with factories and warehouse facilities. Thanks to its successful growth, the company expanded and offers related service such as architecture, project development and operational consultancy and management, and the manufacture of basic retail needs.

Qualifications & experience

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.

• Preferable candidate experience in retail renovation.

• Willing to travel to any project site.

• Possess own transport.

• Able to work under minimum supervision, independently and work in a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.

• Manage and supervise day to day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.

• Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by superior.

• Attend project / site meetings and coordinate site activities.

• Conduct site survey and measurement work.

• Prepare daily site report, take site progress pictures, keep all site records and documents for reference.

• Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.

• Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
