About the role

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor - Infrastructure to join our team at PEMBINAAN KEKAL MEWAH SDN BHD' in Sandakan Sabah. This is a contract role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of infrastructure projects. You will play a vital part in ensuring our construction projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to specificationMonitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delaysEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulationsLiaise with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project deliveryManage site logistics, including ordering materials, equipment and toolsProvide training and development to construction workers to enhance skills and productivityDocument and report on project progress, costs and any incidents or accidents

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, safety protocols and relevant regulationsExcellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teamsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Project) and construction management softwareRelevant qualifications in construction, engineering or a related discipline would be highly advantageous
