Job description:
1.Follow up with the freight forwarder to obtain the Customs K1 receipt for application towards shipment testing.
2.Coordinate with SIRIM officials and the warehouse for physical inspection of goods.
3.Prepare documents for the warehouse to ensure the samples are delivered to the SIRIM laboratory for testing and approval.
4.Follow up with SIRIM to obtain the final payment quotation.
5.Enter payment details into the system and follow up with the finance department to obtain the payment slip.
6.Forward the payment slip to SIRIM and ensure the resolution of any labeling issues.
7.Hand over the SIRIM labels to the warehouse and ensure the correct labels are applied to the goods.
