Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To involved in new project planning & after sales service troubleshoot.
• Responsible in new equipment setup and assembly.
• Keep the records pertaining to installation, operation, and maintenance of all existing/ new project equipment’s up to date.
• To travel on-site & provide service for our valued customers as necessary.
• Ensure all Malaysian safety regulations are closely observed and followed.
• To continuously assist and support production to upgrade and improve quality product output, capability and productivity.
• To undertake responsibility of install, test and commissioning for project assignment.
• To perform required job as per assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Language.
• Mandarin language literate : Must be able to communicate with China supplier
• Required Skill(s): Understand Mechanical Drawing, AutoCad, PLC Ladder Diagram, Wiring Diagram.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in semiconductor field will be an added advantage. Candidate required in either field:-
  1. Trim Form Singulation System or,
  2. Dispensing Equipment or,
  3. Jig Saw Equipment or,
  4. DA Equipment
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Base in Ipoh & willing to travel to other states/ overseas when necessary.
