Key Responsibilities 岗位职责 :

• Organize and plan online marketing and promotion activities, and manage online activity sections and configurations 
  组织和策划线上营销推广活动，并做好线上活动专区及活动配置；

• Analyze market activity data to guide improvements in market activities and business development
  挖掘和分析市场活动数据，用以指导市场活动和招商改进；

• Organize and plan offline marketing and promotion activities, and coordinate with design for material production and procurement 
  组织和策划线下营销推广活动，并对接设计进行物料制作和采购；

• Analyze user movement data on the platform and develop a strategic plan to drive growth in new users and DAU (Daily Active Users) 
  做好用户运营，保证新用户及DAU数据的增长；

• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor / company 
  公司安排的其它事务

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing / Mass Comm / Communication / Digital Marketing is preferred
  2年以上本地互联网行业运营类工作经验者优先

• Strong ability in operational planning, capable of independently planning business or product strategies 具备优秀的运营策划能力，能独立进行业务或产品的策划

• Possesses strong data analysis abilities, excellent presentation and proposal skills, and effective communication capabilities
  具备良好的数据分析能力、文案能力及沟通能力

• Highly innovative and results-driven, with strong attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and can be a good team player
  有很强的创新和执行能力，细致认真，工作责任心强，具备团队合作精神

• MUST proficiency with CHINESE and english (Chinese & Australia Management) 必须精通中文和英语（与中国和澳大利亚管理团队沟通必备）
