About the Role

The position is required due to additional scope in Integrity and Governance Unit (IGU) and to assist current Head of Unit.

Job Description

1. To assist with coordinating, monitoring and assessing the organization’s integrity programme.

2. To assist with policy development and enhancement to ensure that it remains relevant and updated.

3. To be part of the Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) Committee and assist with the OACP monitoring and evaluation.

4. To ensure the current TDA Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan is implemented and updated.

5. To assist with establishing a systematic integrity complaints system to ensure action is taken on every report on criminal misconducts, corruption, abuse of power and malpractice, as well as violation of organizational code of conduct and ethics.

6. To coordinate the detection and verification on reports of any criminal misconduct, corruption, abuse of power and malpractice with the appointed committee to ensure that appropriate action can be taken.

7. To plan, create and manage integrity awareness program, facilitating and promoting overall risk culture in TDA

8. To coordinate and execute the operational aspects of integrity strengthening initiatives, ensuring a smooth implementation.

9. To assist on Company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), risk programs and activities such as workshop, training and awareness program.

10. To perform any other tasks as appropriate in supporting the administrative and operational activities related to integrity, assurance and compliance of TDA.

What we're looking for

1. Any Professional Degree/ Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree in law, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

2. Possessing a recognized Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) Certification is an added advantage.

3. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

4. Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

5. Proven ability to handle sensitive information and preserve company confidential information.
