工作內容:

• 協作開發與管理數位行銷活動
• 執行數據收集、數據分析及成效報告
• 監控、分析和報告績效以滿足客戶期望
• 執行每日活動管理職責，包括活動設置、上傳、健康檢查、成效監控、分析及優化
• 操作各大數位渠道的活動，涵蓋但不限於Google、Meta、Linkedin、Twitter、百度、小紅書、騰訊等平台
• 帶領及指導香港及台灣的內部初級成員完成活動執行任務
• 研究、制定策略並制定客戶提案和評論
• 協助興客戶溝通及管理廣告帳戶；加速客戶業務成長

Job Description:

• Collaborate in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct data collection, data analytics and performance reporting
• Monitor, analyze and report performance to meet client expectations
• Execute daily campaign management duties including campaign setup, uploads, health checks, performance monitoring, analytics and optimization 
• Operate campaigns across prominent digital channels ranging but not limited to Google, Meta, Linkedin, Twitter, Baidu, Tencent and many others 
• Lead and guide internal junior members across Hong Kong and Taiwan on campaign execution tasks
• Research, strategize and develop client proposals and reviews
• Assist in account client communications and management; grow towards becoming main point of contact for growth and smaller accounts   

條件要求:

• 專業：不限；具行銷、商業及統計背景者優先
• 約2年的數位行銷經驗；有數位代理商經驗者優先
• 擁有豐富的數位行銷工作經驗，在 Google Ads、Bing Ads、Facebook Ads、Linkedin Ads、Google Analytics 和其他相關平台下有實際操作經驗
• 具備Excel和PPT工作技能；具備 Looker Studio 和 SuperMetrics 等數據視覺化技能者優先
• 積極主動、具有前瞻性思維和解決問題的方法
• 靈活、注重細節、能承受壓力
• 良好的中英文書寫及口語能力；會粵語及普通話者優先

Skills & Requirements:

• Field of Study: Any Discipline; Marketing, Business and Statistics backend is an advantage
• Around 2 years’ experience in digital marketing; experience in digital agencies is strongly preferred
• Solid working experience in digital marketing with hands on experience operating under Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics and other related platforms 
• Working level skills on excel and ppt; skills in data visualization such as Looker Studio and SuperMetrics is an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive, forward-thinking and problem-solving approach
• Flexible, detail-mind and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese is an advantage
