Job Responsibilities Preparing Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement. To vet-through the LO/TA for execution. Ensure all documentation, payment submissions are completed within the set time frame. Prepare and update master listing. To prepare and online submission stamp duty. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior. Job Requirements Education & Qualification Diploma & above Relevant Experience & Years of Service At least 3 years working experience in Leasing, Business Development, Tenancy Management or similar. Knowledgeable in legal terms and leasing administration skills. Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies Knowledge on Microsoft office application, i.e Microsoft Excel, Word, Slide Presentation Language Proficiency – Good English and Malay Writing & Communication Skill – Good in English and Malay (optional: Mandarin)
