Senior Account Executive

 Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Finance Department in a dynamic Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports and distributor commission payments. This position is ideal for someone with foundation in accounting and a strong understanding of MLM structures, including commission tracking and distributor incentives.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.

·         Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

·         Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

·         Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

·         Support the preparation of financial and management reports, such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.

·         Ensure accuracy and timely processing of distributor commissions and bonuses based on MLM compensation plans.

·         Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records for auditing and reporting purposes.

·         Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner.

·         Liaise with internal teams and external auditors, tax agents, and other financial authorities.

·         Support compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

·         Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

·         Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·         Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in the MLM or direct selling industry.

·         Familiar with MLM commission structures and related accounting practices is an added advantage.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·         Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

·         Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
