Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming enquiries and to reply efficiently based on company’s products.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved.
  • Conduct informative service briefing to customers. 
  • To collect feedback from customers on the services level and reports to the Head for improvement.
  • Take ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively following through to resolution.
  • Ensure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved.
  • To ensure quality and efficient service provided to all customers at all times.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.
  • To perform any other related duties according to the operational needs from time to time.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) or other dialect.
