Sales / Marketing Manager

In line with our continuous growth and our current business expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to work together with our highly experience team. Currently, we have vacancy for Sales / Marketing Engineer position to be based at our head office at Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Job Description:

• Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
• Implement strategic marketing and sales plans to meet company objectives.
• Target new markets as identified by the company.
• Manage and enhance relationships with new and existing clients
• Oversee the company's website.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the production, project, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Possesses good leadership, excellent team player with good interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Ability to develop good relationship with industries professionals, current and potentialclients,
• Must have a good contact with the government agencies
• Minimun 2 years working experience as a Technical Sales / Marketing Engineer /Project Engineer in construction industry.
• Good written and verbal communication in English,Bahasa and computer literacy isessential.
• Candidates must be self- motivated, willing to travel, resourceful and possesses highpassion for details
• Possess own transport
• Experience in Precast Construction Works shall be an added advantage.
