SALES EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY)

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform the services of a professional Sales Executive and at all times use the best endeavours to promote the interest of the company

·Deliver personal and team sales target

·Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign/promotion

· Handling both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls

·Guide potential purchasers round show unit and to fully demonstrate product, pointing features and benefits and overcoming objections in the process

·You shall not represent any other parties in the real estate dealings or transactions except the Company

·To provide after sales and services

·Attend all sales and marketing activities at sales galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions for new and upcoming property launches.

· To assist the prospective customers in obtaining financial assistance to part finance their purchase of any Products (if necessary)

· Ensure that all relevant paperwork is accurately completion upon reservation that all procedures are adhered to

· Ensure proper filing system and information posted in the IFCA system is up to date

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification

· At least a Diploma or bachelor’s in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field

·Proven work at least (2) years’ experience as a sales and marketing executive within property development

·Candidate with real estate sales experience have an added advantage

Knowledge

· High level of proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal)

·Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Experience in IFCA system for data entry

· Familiarity with social media and web analytics

Skill

· Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

·Excellent communication and people skills

·Strong organizational and time-management abilities

·Creativity and commercial awareness
