About the role What you'll be doing Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including shipments, inventory, and warehousing. Monitor and track orders, deliveries, and shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Liaise with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouses, and customers to schedule and track logistics activities. Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices. Maintain logistics systems and update records for inventory, shipment tracking, and delivery performance. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure alignment in supply chain activities. Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipping or receiving. Analyse logistics data and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for transportation and logistics costs. What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation management, warehousing, and order fulfilment Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
