Job Requirements

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems 
  • Ability to work in a team 
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skill
  • Physically fit, able to commit to work
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Able to communicate in multi-languages
  • Experience with in retail, customer service, administrative support, teaching and childcare is a major plus
  • Basic math and administration skills
  • Maintain good relationships with customers
  • Flexibility to work on shifts

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and make them feel welcome
  • Make recommendations of our products and discount to customers
  • Using upselling techniques to increase store sales to achieve sales goals
  • Process payment via cash, credit card machines, and/or POS system (Be aware of shoplifting and payment or identity fraud)
  • Ensure products are presentable and clean  
  • Handle customer complaints and find a reasonable solution
  • Daily management, meeting preparation and keeping business documents organised and secure
  • Organize and schedule appointments and maintaining records and databases
  • Assist colleagues when necessary
