Job Description

  • Client-First:
    • New business generation and existing client development plans
    • Identifying white-spaces to drive new business conversations with support from service-line lead
    • Being accountable and responsible for business results
    • Generating actionable-insights that help brands to grow. Going beyond the data and focusing on solutions and actionability
    • Be an ambassador and guardian of the brand for Ipsos, displaying appropriate knowledge and behaviors
    • Provide actionable findings and culturally-relevant insights
  • People-focus
    • Comfortable to deal with a multi-cultural team. Ability to work with cross-teams and on cross-market projects – leveraging on collective intelligence
    • Ability to perform complex collaborative tasks—to maximize the effectiveness of large, diverse teams at Ipsos
    • Sharing and showcasing best cases with team to develop personal skills / knowledge base and transfer knowledge, skills and expertise through training and coaching
    • Keenness to learn and proactive self-development and development of others 
    • Mentoring the junior talents and being a catalyst in improving team’s performance, productivity, communication skills and well-being
  • Result-oriented
    • Profit and loss responsibility for projects that one is managing
    • Problems resolution and ownership of results
    • Manage client accounts in full ensuring current and future successes in sales, profits and relationships
    • Build a network of relationships that enhances the area you work in, Specialism and Company Performance
    • Basic financial acumen (P&L of projects, Operational Efficiency, GM% Improvement)

Manage the team to:

  • Handle several projects at a given point of time, ensuring time, budget and profitability requirements are met
  • Help the team to prioritize tasks and projects to optimize productivity
  • Produce results and research that are of high quality and consistent with agreed outputs
  • Produce proposals that meet and where possible exceed the brief requirements
  • Liaise professionally and effectively with the Operation departments to ensure we deliver what we say we will 
  • In-depth analysis and interpretation of data. Building stories with the help of data
