Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for contract personnel.

  • Maintain and update contract records, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals.

  • Liaise with external parties and internal teams to support recruitment processes.

  • Ensure documentation compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

  • Assist in preparing reports and resolving general queries related to contract staff.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field (HR, Business, or related fields are a plus).

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
