Job Description

Secretary Cum Admin

  1. Answering telephone calls, taking messages, managing emails and drafting correspondences.

  2. Attend to despatch, courier service and visitors to the office

  3. Follow up with despatch and courier on work progress from time to time

  4. Administration work for matters handled by the firm using the relevant portals, Microsoft Office & Excel etc

  5. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments and coordinating travel arrangements

  6. Maintaining diaries, organising and maintain database, maintaining physical files, preparing reports and records where relevant

  7. Ensure that all correspondences and documents for each files are properly received, recorded, scanned and sent to the relevant lawyers

  8. Assist lawyers & partners with documents preparations

  9. Prepare Invoices & other accounting documents using accounting software

  10. Prepare Disbursement Vouchers using the accounting software
