QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP) located in Johor Bahru, Taman Molek.

Key Responsibilites

• Understanding of MEP System for design concept documents and drawings. 
• Assist to prepare and workout Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation, Tender Submission, Cost Control Budget,etc.
• Assist to generate Scope of Work (SOW) for proposal and/or contract works costing.
• Assist prepare Tender & Proposal Presentation.
• Assist and/or attend to all relevant contracts administration & documentation during Tender & Project Stage.
• Liase with vendors for quotations, proposal during Tender & Project Stage
• Prepare vendors comparison proposal, final negogiation & selection.
• Assess and identify variation order (VO) work for each project.
• Assist to liaise with Consultants / Main Contractors on progress claims, VO, etc.
• Assist & liaise with Project Team for Sub-Contractors progress & VO claim, etc & prepare Payment Certificate.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and task assigned.
• Ability to understand the terms and contract requirements.
• Well organised in documentation.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills - English, Malay and/or Mandarin

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Construction Management (Minimum)
• Additional Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equilvalent 
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and CAD applications (Minimum)
• Minimum 3 years in MEP
