We are looking suitable candidates for both locations: Johor Bahru (JB) / Kuala Lumpur (KL) / Kuantan

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate the quantity and costs of labor, materials, and machinery.

• Project Planning: Develop cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections to ensure project success.

• Contract Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Tender Preparation: Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.

• Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

• Fresh Graduates Welcome: Start your career with us! Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with diverse counterparts.
