Company Overview

The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.

Responsibilities:

• Update daily attendance, QA/QC, 5S, and CCTV records in soft copy and submit to HR.
• Maintain daily summary check sheets from QC Inspectors.
• Record daily rejections in soft copy.
• Ensure QA staff follow safety guidelines (ID cards, inspection jackets, safety shoes).
• Prepare weekly rejection reports.
• Update common purchase items for the QC department monthly and report to management.
• Manage purchase requisitions with approval from the manager.
• Control and update stationary stock in both soft and hard copies.
• Prepare monthly customer rejection claim reports.
• Support engineers with supplier rejection emails during absences.
• Update monthly supplier and customer claim cost summaries.
• Organize and label files, ensuring all documents are updated.
• Assist with copying, scanning, printing, and laminating documents.
• Ensure proper disposal of chemical waste.
• Upload approved parts to relevant systems.
• Coordinate yearly material testing.
• Manage monthly calibration coordination and update the Master List Calibration.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Computer Skill
• Language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm
