The ideal candidate will possess a strong character, representing customer interests with a particular focus on quality requirements. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and a robust background in quality inspection. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of semiconductor products to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards. Represent customer interests by advocating for high-quality requirements and addressing any concerns. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. Perform regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions using RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) and 8D methodologies. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality metrics. Train and mentor junior quality inspectors to uphold quality standards. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology. Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies. Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQI, Six Sigma) is preferred. Proven track record of advocating for customer quality requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in RCCA and 8D methodologies. Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
