Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, plans, and systems.
- Review and ensure all materials, welding, and construction activities comply with project quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of work in progress and completed activities.
- Coordinate with client representatives and third-party inspectors during audits and walkthroughs.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure that project documentation and Quality Records are maintained and traceable.
- Support TA (Turnaround) and shutdown activities by monitoring quality compliance during high-activity phases.
- Provide QA/QC training and awareness to site personnel and contractors.
- Participate in the final handover and QA closeout documentation process.
Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Have significant years of relevant working experience in Oil & Gas and / or Petrochemical industry with 1 TA experience OR significant years s of relevant working experience in any other industry.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspections, welding, material testing, and documentation in Oil & Gas projects.
- Knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.) and client-specific specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC tools, methods, and software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willing to work under contract basis period.
