QA/QC Engineer – Architectural Finishes

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality control processes during the construction phase to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

• Prepare, review, and organize CCC (Construction Completion Certificate) documentation — primarily document control and quality record management.

• Coordinate with site teams to identify, address, and resolve quality issues during construction.

• Participate in inspections, final acceptance processes, and third-party quality audits.

• Maintain and manage comprehensive quality records, inspection reports, and related QA/QC documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on quality-related matters.

• Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, particularly in architectural finishes or general construction.

• Hands-on experience with CCC documentation preparation and submission is essential.

• Prior involvement in power plant or oil & gas construction projects is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, quality standards, and inspection criteria.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
