QA Executive

Job Summary:

To maintain the company's legal and ethical integrity. Ensure that company policy is being followed by all department members and that the organization's messaging and behavior reflect the rules and regulations of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeps the legal ethical integrity of QLM intact through policy enforcement and program planning.

• Make sure all departments are complying with the rules and regulations upheld by QLM.

• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.

• Accept or reject finish item on each process steps to ensure meet standard. Have feedback to supervisor when item cannot meet the standard.

• Propose specific measures and receive relevant instructions when incidents affecting the quality occur at the production unit.

• Participate in resolving customer complaints. Report results. Report on the quality of the production plant weekly/monthly.

• Propose measures to ensure and improve quality.

• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.

• Propose OJT training if needed for improvement for production team by liaising with the Production Manager.

• Quality investigation and corrective action plans ; reply to all NCR related issues to customers and find out the root cause.

• Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

• Main objective is to ensure that the organization has internal controls that adequately measure and manage the risks it faces.

• Provide an in-house service that effectively supports business areas in to comply with relevant laws and regulations and internal procedures.

• Understanding of technology processes and production procedures of label printing industry.

Requirements:

• Preferably Mandarin-speaking to facilitate effective communication.

• Prior experience in the printing label industry is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to conduct internal audits and enforce compliance measures.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
