Job Summary The Purchasing Assistant is responsible to liaise & communicate with HQ for the internal purchase of aircond parts. This role involves monitoring and managing inventory levels & at the same time work closely with the sales team. This role also requires analyzing purchasing data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement processes. Job Description: 1.Liaise closely with the HQ SCM teams for the order of goods. 2.Work closely with sales team to understand the demand of goods so that can have shorter product turnover cycle. 3.Monitor and manage inventory levels. 4.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and new products. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage procurement documentation. 5.Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delivery delays or quality concerns. 6.Due with the logistic agent or company for the shipment arrangement. 7.Handling the logistic matter and payment. 8.Handling tasks assigned by Immediate Superior as and when required.
