Job Scope
- Market new projects or sub-sales/existing properties
- Introduce and propose investment opportunities to clients
- Assist clients in the process of selling/purchasing properties
- Negotiate and handle all parties involved in property sales and rentals
- Provide excellent sales and customer service
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to close deals
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with specialization in Real Estate or equivalent are encouraged to apply
- No work experience required
- Full-time/Part-time/Flexible positions available
- Must possess own transport
Location: Based in KL & Selangor (Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Kajang, Shah Alam)
Commission Calculation:
- RM300,000 x 2% = RM6,000
- RM600,000 x 2% = RM12,000
- RM1,200,000 x 2% = RM24,000
- RM3,000,000 x 2% = RM60,000
