PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager on all interior fit-out works on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and timeline.
• Plan and manage all site related matters.
• Administer health and safety policies on site.
• Familiarise with construction drawings and work schedule.
• Participate in site meetings.
• Work very closely with vendors and sub-contractors.
• Receive and check any items/stock delivery to site.
• Prepare site daily report.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Non-Executive with experience in interior renovation are encouraged to apply.
• Posses own transport.
• May require to travel to different locations for several projects.
• This position is based on site and is required to work on Saturdays.
• Willing to work on Sunday and Publich Holiday when required.
• Able to withstand pressure and work independently.
• Team player, hardworking and reliable.
