Job Description Support the coordination for talent assessment and management within the organization. Assist in developing and implementing engagement survey monitoring systems to gather intelligence on employee engagement and satisfaction, providing actionable insights for improvement. Partner with Talent Acquisition to implement strategies for NCG (New College Graduate) development. Partner with People Solutions team on talent pipeline and high-potential talent programs employees, including the manager enablement of talent development strategies to ensure a steady succession pipeline for key roles Leverage resources from enterprise PD&E team on talent development, succession planning, career pathing initiatives by providing guidance and resources for employees to advance within the organization. Assist the deployment of coaching culture throughout the organization Lead the development of a learning organization by designing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote continuous learning and skill development. Utilize analytics and drive self-service analytics of people leaders to measure the effectiveness of people transformation initiatives and provide data-driven insights for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of people transformation efforts with overall organizational goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in organizational development and talent management, incorporating relevant strategies into the organization's practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives, preferably in a large, complex organization. Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Experience with implementing and managing employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
