Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure cost efficiency and project profitability. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work progress and compliance with specifications. Identify and address potential project risks, issues, or delays proactively. Attend project meetings, site coordination meetings, and client briefings as required. Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid project disruptions. Support in preparing method statements, work programs, and technical submissions. Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and filed for future reference and audits. Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
