Project Executive,Development Division

What do we need you to do?

• To assist Project Manager to find and conduct research on master planning and master infrastructure planning, land strategy and land matters.

• To assist and co-ordinate all on-going application of planning permission related to land and project management matters.

• To provide professional comments and feedback to Project Manager / Managing Director related town planning guidelines and land administration.

• To assist Management on managing related submission approvals end to end.

• To assist Management in preparing project / application timeline, status update to ensure approval target set are meeting timeline.

• To interact and liaise with government agencies, consultants and all relevant parties to ensure progress of approval.

• To monitor relevant legislation and ensure compliance of all projects with federal, state and local regulations.

• To maintain good rapport and relationship with all relevant government agencies and authorities.

• Coordinating and follow-up with local government agencies, consultant and technical agency regarding planning and land application to ensure the approval target meeting the timeline.

• To ensure the land and planning information given to related units are correct and accurate.   

• To execute any other job requirements as assigned by the Superior.

What do we need from you?

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering/Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

• Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in Main Contractor

• Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must because a lot of the clients & suppliers are Mandarin speakers.

• Experience in managing projects for high-rise buildings is an must in past working experience
