Production Technician

The Technician is responsible for Production equipment control & handling while ensuring compliance within established SOP and company’s policies (GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, and Safety & Health Regulation).

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance within established SOP and company’s policies (GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, and Safety & Health Regulation).

• Ensure good housekeeping practice at workshop and safety compliance.

• Report any equipment breakdown or issue to Area Leader.

• Maintaining & responsible in equipment cleaning and safety.

• Responsible for the effective operations of station control panels based on its specifications.

• Responsible in monitoring and controlling product processing.

• Assisting in identifying problems along process flow and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for production form, logs and records of equipment and batches.

• Responsible for product sampling & liaise with QC lab for samples.

• Taking part in Root Cause Analysis & any abnormalities brainstorming session.

• Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by superior.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for   Higher Secondary/STPM/ A level/ Pre U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM).

• Bachelor Degree fresh graduates is welcomed to apply.

• Good in Malay & English language fluency, both written and spoken.

• Eligibility to work in Bandar Enstek, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

 Desirable requirements:

• Having job experience with tank, centrifuge, filter press, powder transfer system, dryer, mixer & packing will give an added advantage.
