Production Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage production technology, coordination, and process quality to ensure optimal manufacturing efficiency and product standards.

• Develop, improve, and maintain process control procedures, product identification, traceability documentation, and related work instructions.

• Ensure strict adherence to the integrated management system, process discipline, inspection protocols, and accurate quality record-keeping.

• Prepare and manage monthly production and equipment maintenance schedules; present updates in weekly company meetings.

• Drive continuous improvement in production technology, propose and implement transformation initiatives, and resolve technical production issues.

• Coordinate with the HR department on technical and on-the-job training for staff; supervise safety management and conduct inspections across sections.

• Monitor production progress and address operational challenges promptly to prevent recurring issues.

• Contribute relevant data and insights for management reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in rubber/plastic manufacturing, or 10 years in general production.

• Skilled in moulding, mixing, injection, production planning, and machinery maintenance.

• Familiar with ISO standards; willing to work long hours when needed.

• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
