Production Clerk (Manufacturing)

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Production Data & Scheduling – Record daily production data, update the whiteboard, and provide weekly schedule updates, including shortages and QC status.
2. Stock Monitoring – Track and update component stock levels to align with production needs and shipments.
3. Process Improvement – Work with teams on initiatives to improve production efficiency and timely order fulfillment.
4. Reporting & Documentation – Prepare monthly production reports and maintain ISO records for traceability.
5. Safety & Compliance – Follow safety standards, ensure cleanliness, and perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Minimum SPM qualification.
2. At least 1 year of experience is an added advantage.
3. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
4. Preferably own transport.
5. Preferably stays nearby.
6. Proficient in data recording and basic reporting.
