Private Banking Team is looking for and accredited professional who has the desire and ability to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience to High Value (HV) clients focused on Private Banking’s core value proposition of wealth planning, credit, cash management and day-to-day banking delivering the Private Banking Black Card Client Experience. You will be responsible for bringing new clients to RBC and growing and deepening existing client relationships through discovery, planning & advice, while collaborating with various internal partners in the delivery of a customized holistic approach to your HV clients. What will you do? As a One RBC steward of a portfolio of clients, you bring the best of RBC to clients, their networks, and their families. You introduce clients to the right solutions, partners, and capabilities at the right time, to help meet client needs both within Private Banking and across RBCBuild, retain, and deepen client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience to high value clients and their householdsCreate and execute client strategies and action plans including proactive contact & follow-up strategy using sales advice & planning toolsProactively monitor client affairs and identify product and solution opportunities for both client’s business and personal needs to leverage the expertise of the RBC Financial GroupSupport high quality credit book working together with the Manager Credit Structures through strong client selection, thorough financial discovery, regular updating of financial position and client informationWhat do you need to succeed? Must-haveUniversity Degree or equivalent education5 years of progressive experience in Personal/Commercial Banking, preferably in a Relationship Management roleSound knowledge of all Banking Operations, Sales Routines and Products/ServicesStrong organizational skills and business orientationBroad and/or deep understanding of the various products available across RBC group to support client advice and partnering. Strong strategic thinkerExcellent presentation skillsVery strong written and oral communication skillsHigh achievement orientation / results driven.
