Kinesso Malaysia is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Senior Designer to join our growing Technology Division. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and innovation—translating complex ideas into engaging, user-friendly designs across digital platforms, data visualization dashboards, product interfaces, and integrated marketing technologies. As a Senior Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering high-impact design solutions that support both client-facing projects and internal tech-driven initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineers, UX/UI specialists, data scientists, and strategists—to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design execution of digital products, tools, dashboards, and marketing solutions from concept to completion. Translate business and technical requirements into compelling visual solutions with strong usability and interaction. Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product owners to create intuitive user interfaces and data-driven experiences. Own the visual identity and design system for tech-related projects, ensuring consistency and scalability. Work on pitch decks, product demos, prototypes, and wireframes for client solutions and internal innovation projects. Apply motion graphics or interactive design thinking where appropriate to enhance user experience. Present and rationalize design decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with design trends, technology advancements, and emerging tools to continuously push the creative boundary. Mentor and guide junior designers and freelancers where applicable. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital design, product design, or UI/UX within a tech, advertising, or startup environment. Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and prototyping tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital work—dashboards, web interfaces, mobile apps, or data-centric designs. Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus). Experience in design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. Creative problem-solver with a passion for clean, modern, and user-centered design. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal. Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with technical teams. Curious, proactive, and open to feedback—constantly learning and growing. Nice to Have: Familiarity with martech, adtech, or analytics platforms. Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise tools, or digital transformation initiatives. Motion design or video editing skills. Basic knowledge of data visualization libraries or principles (e.g., D3.js, Tableau design).
