About the role What you'll be doing Respond to and resolve technical queries and issues from clients regarding our PoS software and hardware Provide step-by-step guidance and support to ensure seamless PoS operations Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, implementing effective solutions Document all support interactions and maintain detailed records of client issues and resolutions Collaborate with the development team to identify and address recurring problems Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of PoS systems Deliver high-quality training to clients on the use of our PoS solutions What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably in the PoS or retail technology industry Strong understanding of PoS hardware and software, including peripherals, connectivity and system integration Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and creatively Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users Familiarity with common PoS systems and software, such as Vend, Square or Shopify Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field What we offer About us Apply now to become our next PoS technical support specialist and be a part of the Ringgitsoft family!
