Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Prepare work programs, resource histograms, S-curves, and progress reports. Coordinate and liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Analyze delays and prepare mitigation/recovery plans. Track project milestones and deliverables; report potential risks and deviations from schedule. Participate in project progress meetings and support monthly progress claims. Ensure compliance with local regulations, CIDB requirements, and client specifications. Support in preparing extension of time (EOT) claims with proper justifications and documentation. Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams for timely resource and material delivery. Provide accurate and timely reporting to management and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling within the Malaysian construction or infrastructure sector. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of CIDB guidelines, PAM/JKR contracts, and Malaysian construction practices.
