We are a well-established Palm Oil Mill seeking a Mill Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: To plan, organize and oversees overall operations of the palm oil mill, improve process workflow and ensure efficiency of daily operations. Identifying and addressing issues related to equipment malfunction or breakdown, and implementing corrective measures promptly to minimize downtime. Requirements: Possess a Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills. Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of the team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
