Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform daily operational functions such as subscription, redemption, switching and transfer for all the investment products offered by iFAST.
- To perform unit allocation to clients.
- To handle order submission to related parties.
- To handle bond Free of Payment (FOP) instruction with custodian.
- To handle corporate action for various products and markets.
- Commissions payout and fees-related execution.
- Assist the manager on general administration and support for the operations department.
- Participate in various project and user acceptance testing (UAT) related to the system enhancement to improve operational workflow.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy / Banking & Finance / Business / Economics.
- Preferably executives specializing in banking and financial services experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Responsive, professional and proactive communication.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
- High level of attention to detail, hardworking and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently, reliable and always take initiative.
