Customer Service: Reply to customer inquiries through chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Conduct Live Sales: Host or assist in live streaming sessions on platforms like Facebook Live, TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live to promote products, answer questions, and boost real-time sales. Promotions and Campaigns: Help plan and execute online promotions, vouchers, and sales campaigns to attract customers. Inventory Management: Update stock counts, ensure online listings match available stock, and assist in restocking activities. Content Creation: Assist in creating basic content (photos, videos, captions) for online stores and social media pages. Sales Reporting: Record daily sales, live sales performance, customer feedback, and report to management. Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and resolve basic delivery issues. Market Monitoring: Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and trends, especially in live selling.
