[Hiring] Admin Clerk / Administrative Assistant (Mining Site – Terengganu)

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Clerk to assist with documentation and daily coordination at our mining site in Terengganu.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use a computer to handle documentation, data entry, and filing

  • Record daily operations, stock, and material movements

  • Monitor and coordinate drivers’ schedules and tasks

  • Assist with reporting to HQ and updating records

  • Support general office and site admin tasks

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma or higher

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills

  • Able to communicate in Chinese and/or English

  • Responsible, good attitude, willing to stay at site

  • Experience in admin work or logistics is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: RM1800-RM2000 (based on experience)

  • Accommodation and meals provided

  • Working location: Mining site in Terengganu

  • Long-term position preferred, immediate vacancy available
