The role is a varied role that includes planning, strategizing, event organization, sponsorship and research. Working alongside the brand management team, the focus would be to develop thematic/seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns that brings out the best offering of the brands.
- To plan and prepare campaign brief to creative agencies.
- Work closely with Brand Management team to strategize communication for ATL, BTL and Social Media for all counters/stores.
- Must be able to work productively and harmoniously with various departments within the organization.
- To identify new trends in communication strategies and channels.
- To work closely, support and guide localized teams in ensuring work done are in accordance to the brand guidelines.
- To work closely with the Brand Management team on harvesting data from our CRM programme.
- Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or its equivalent.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English. Added language skills are an added advantage.
- Experience actively using CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Highly self-motivated and well organized.
