Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly via email or phone.
- Manage and maintain key customer accounts, including invoicing, updating quotations, and handling complaints.
- Provide shipment updates and ensure timely communication on all outstanding orders to customers on a weekly basis.
- Regularly review and update customer contracts to reflect current terms and conditions.
- Plan and coordinate shipment schedules, including making bookings and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Generate Proforma Invoices for both plant operations and customers.
- Actively introduce new products to existing key accounts and explore opportunities to expand product offerings in the market.
- Compile and analyze monthly sales performance reports for individual customers based on shipment data.
- Handle incoming inquiries and liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Added advantage for candidates with their own transport (car).
