Manufacturing Technician/Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Operate on semi-automatic equipment to produce RFID products (chip implanting, copper coil winding, welding, lamination, etc.)

• Operate equipment and handle material and tooling 

• Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish.

• Study and understand work instructions and specifications to determine correct method of setup and process control for material conversion.

• Alert management of equipment problems.

• Measure product output during the converting process to ensure conformance to specification.

• Complete processing of manufacturing order and record material usage and labor within the company's enterprise resource system.

• Conduct troubleshooting and preventative/routine equipment maintenance.

• Process information from the production orders

• Inspect the finished product for defects

• Communicate with co-workers about job specifications and requirements

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to multitask and handle tasks under pressure.

• Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

• Must have the ability to apply information and variables learned from one task or project to other similar situations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree. Preferably international University education 

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, .

• Proficiency in the Mandarin is an advantage.

• Skills: Efficient and attentive to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

Conditions:

• Place of work: i-Park Senai airport office, Johor

• 5 days a week, 9:00 – 18:00

• Miscellaneous allowances

• 6 (Six) months probationary period for evaluation of alignment with company requirements and expectations.
