About the role

Toyota Penampang is seeking a talented and experienced MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATION (MCSO) to join our dynamic team. As the MCSO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the customer service operations at Toyota Penampang. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the overall success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Analyse customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Continuously review and optimise customer service processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of the customer service operations to senior management
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the customer service team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in data analysis and presentation skills
  • Detailed understanding of customer service best practices and industry trends
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
